An informal Bible study providing an in-depth exposition of the 1 Cor 11 passage on headcoverings. Shows that Paul's headcovering material was (1) Directly relevant to a problem with women in the Corinthian church (the "eschatological women" phenomenon), (2) culturally rooted in a semiotic environment (not universally obligatory), and (3) relating to the woman's hair (not a material article of clothing).
